Bowers was born in 1997 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is a self- taught contemporary visual artist.
His artistic style is directly influenced by abstract expressionism, cubism, and surrealism. His process is central to his work and his perspective of art is very complex. When creating work, he reflects in his mind the composition, if this line works there or if his color matches or if he’s happy in general with what he has created.
Thomas is often experimental in his work, he includes painting, drawing and wood working to create different forms of art, allowing him to have an open mind when it comes to creating new pieces.
He often uses primary colors, while occasionally dipping into other hues. He spends hours drawing, and painting, and painting on furniture.
Bowers wants to continue creating art for the rest of his life, he wants to learn new techniques, experiment with different styles and become familiar with various art movements. His immediate goal is to have his own studio and create art from there, meeting new people, artists and expanding his understanding of art.
